A group of friends obsessed with a "based on a true story horror movie", decide for their annual girls’ trip to take a pilgrimage to the campground where this movie was filmed. When they arrive, they find that the campground has been closed to the public, but not letting that deter them they find a way to sneak in. Lead by a social media influencer friend who is documenting everything, the friends begin to experience ghostly activity and strange occurrences.
